Our policy to you
Effective & Safe – Fix Me performs services in an effective and safe manner, letting clients know of any potential risks involved in treatment.
Private & Confidential – All clients health history and information are kept private and confidential
Payment
Fix Me accepts cash, personal cheques or Paypal. Prepaid treatment cards and gift certificates are also available.
Receipting
We can issue you a receipt for extended health insurance or to claim on your income taxes. We do not do direct billing. Please check with your insurance carrier to confirm you have coverage for acupuncture or shiatsu.
Scheduling Treatments
Appointments are made by phone, email or in person.
Lateness
Try to arrive 10 minutes early so you are relaxed and ready for your treatment. Be aware that if you are late, it will cut into your treatment time.
Cancellation and Missed Appointments
We require 24-hours notice to cancel an appointment. We only accept cancellations by phone. No emails please. You will be charged $25 for late cancellations or missed appointments.
Refunds
Fix Me does not offer refunds on treatments or treatment packages. However, treatment packages are transferable.
