Matt Sedo is a graduate of the Shiatsu School of Canada in both Acupuncture and Shiatsu Therapy, and a member in good standing with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Physicians Association of Canada (T.C.M.P.A.C.) and the Shiatsu Society of Ontario (S.S.O.) where he serves as a director. He is also holds a holistic practitioner license with the city of Toronto.

With over 10 years of clinic experience, Matt’s training is wide and varied. Since 2001, he has worked alongside Occupational Therapists, Massage Therapists and other Acupuncturists, acquiring an approach to treatment and holistic health care that is both rich and diverse.

Matt draws on this experience and works closely with his clients to find the best solution to feeling better. Understanding that the body is always changing, every treatment is tailored to what is needed. By looking into all relevant aspects of a person’s situation, he provides a treatment and self-care plan that is both practical and meaningful.

Acupuncture and bodywork are a process and work best with frequency. Matt provides more accessibly priced services as a way to be more inclusive and get better results.
